I am ill and cannot attend uni today - what do I need to do?
You need to email your relevant Programme Leader and Programme Support Officer to confirm you will be absent. This is especially important for attendance monitoring purposes. AskBU can provide you with their contact details.
For short term sickness you will also need to complete a Short Term Sickness Notification Form which is available on the Important Information page of our website under Exceptional Circumstances. Please check the Exceptional Circumstances information on the website for further guidance.
