I have lost my log in details for the Accommodation Portal. Can you help?
Your username and password were emailed to you when you applied to BU.
Your username for the BU Accommodation Portal is your BU student reference number with an 's' in front of it. For example: s5****** followed by @bournemouth.ac.uk. If you cannot remember your password, you will be able to reset your password via the Password Reset Tool.
