When can I move into university accommodation?
The earliest you can move into your accommodation is the weekend before the start of the academic year.
If you are a September starter, you will be able to choose an arrival time slot when you complete your e-induction in early September. If you can't arrive in your allocated time slot then you need to contact the Residential Services Team to advise them of when you can arrive.
If you are a January starter you will receive your e-induction in early January.

If you need accommodation before this time, you will need to find private accommodation. You can find out more information online about short-term accommodation or private rentals.
The Bournemouth Tourist Information Service will also be helpful in finding appropriate accommodation.
