These FAQs are here to help you find the information you need, when you need it, but you can always contact AskBU if you’d like to talk to someone in person, by phone or email, or if you have feedback about the FAQs.
You can change your password via the student webpages.
Type your username and click "Forgotten Password".
- You will be asked to enter your Username again, then click "Continue".
- Before you can reset your password you must answer your security questions - then click "Continue".
- If your password doesn't fulfill the requirements a message will appear on screen asking you to create one that meets the requirements.
- You will need to enter your new password twice – this is to confirm that you have entered it accurately.
- Click "Submit".
Once your password has been successfully changed you will receive a message of confirmation, then you will then be returned to the student webpages.
