I want to make a complaint about the BU International College (Kaplan)
In the first instance you can go to the BU International College Reception to raise an informal complaint.
If you are not satisfied you can login to your BU International College Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and log a formal complaint which will begin the formal complaint process.
If you are not a current BU International College student you can go to the BU International College reception and request a formal complaint form.
