I don't need to be here for the last term. Do I still need to pay my rent?
Regardless of when you finish your studies you are legally bound to pay rent until your contract end date. If you don't have a copy, please speak with a member of the Accommodation Team or your BU Partner Managed Accommodation provider. You should also check the terms and conditions of your accommodation for further information.
If you need to find a replacement student to take over your contract, you can advertise your room on the BU Find a Housemate Facebook page.
