The accommodation I want is not available. What are my options?
We operate a self-selection booking process. We cannot guarantee that your preferred accommodation type will be available at the time you log in to complete your booking.
If you don't see your preferred choice then it is fully booked. In this instance you will then need to continue to search for an alternative available room.
