When will I get my deposit back?
Subject to the terms and conditions of your contract, your deposit will be returned to you after the end of your tenancy.

BU Managed properties, Student Village and Dorchester House the £250 payment was your 1st instalment, it was not a deposit. St Johns Road (Atlantic House) does have a deposit.
