These FAQs are here to help you find the information you need, when you need it, but you can always contact AskBU if you’d like to talk to someone in person, by phone or email, or if you have feedback about the FAQs.
You are encouraged to try to resolve any arguments or disputes that arise and in the first instance try to sort things out between yourselves. However, for more serious matters or where communication has broken down, the halls teams or Residential Services team are available and will try to help you find a solution. We also recommend that you speak with a member of the ResLifeBU team that is in your halls.
For very serious matters, and as a last resort, the halls team or Residential Services team can discuss or request transfers to other accommodation.
