Will I get the payment I made to secure my room back or will it be deducted from my rent?
If you have paid a deposit to secure your room, subject to the terms and conditions of your contract, it will be returned to you after the end of your tenancy.
If you have paid an advanced rent payment/rent instalment to secure your room, in BU Managed property (Dorchester House, Student Village, or Unilets) this will be deducted from your rent.
