I've forgotten my username and/or password
Your username is printed on your Student ID Card.
Please note: Your username starts with a letter followed by several numbers e.g. s1234567. You do not need to include “@bournemouth.ac.uk”.
You can register to reset your own password without calling the IT helpdesk, by visiting the password reset tool.
