I have lost my bursary card, who do I contact?
You must notify the card provider (Pluxee) immediately if your card is lost or stolen on the following number 01908 228341 and select option 3 for 'lost and stolen'.
Any fraudulent use of the card is the responsibility of the cardholder unless they have reported the card lost or stolen. You should treat this card as cash in your wallet or purse. There is a £10 replacement charge unless you have a valid police crime reference number.
