How do I change my phone number or email address for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

If you still have access to your previous phone number or email account that you registered with for MFA

You can change your mobile number or email address for the MFA by updating your security information at: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

You can also find this on our MFA FAQs webpage - under the section called 'What if I lose access to a registered device or email address'.


If you no longer have access to the phone or email account that you registered with for MFA

You can contact the IT Service Desk who will be able to advise; either via the online login issue form, or call 01202 965515 or freephone 0808 196 2332.


Please also ensure you keep your contact details up to date on MyHub. You can update your details under the 'Addresses' section.
