I've been locked out of my BU accounts
If you have been locked out of your BU accounts, you can raise a request with IT by completing this form.
If you have been locked out of your account as a sanction for non-payment of fees, IT will not be able to provide you access so please do not complete the form. Instead, you should contact the fees department by emailing fees@bournemouth.ac.uk.
