How do I get support for my personal IT equipment?

IT Services provide limited support for personal devices. This includes connecting to the BU network and general advice/ guidance.

For help and support please call the IT Service Desk on 01202 965515 or or freephone 0808 196 2332, or visit the IT Counter in CG25, Christchurch House, Talbot Campus or Ground Floor, Bournemouth Gateway Building, Lansdowne Campus (opening times).

For further support Bournemouth IT Solutions ( 'BITS' ) offers laptop, MAC & computer repairs in Bournemouth at a 15% discount to all students and staff.

They will:

1. Collect (free)

2. Diagnose (free - terms and conditions apply)

3. Repair @ the quoted price

4. Return (free)
