Online registration access problems (OLR)

You will only be able to complete online registration when you have been invited to do so via an email from BU. 

If you cannot see this email, please check your spam/junk folder especially if you use Hotmail / Outlook.  If you have not yet received this email, please do not panic, just call AskBU who will be able to advise.

If you have received your invitation, you need make sure that you are entering  your username and password correctly, as they contain a mixture of upper and lower case characters. Also check whether the caps lock on the keyboard is on.
