Research student's student ID card doubles as their print card which allows unlimited printing (within reason). They do not require a staff card. An intermittent fault means sometimes the printing does not work.

Smartcard Services has confirmed that if their card doesn’t work after registering on the printer they should go to Reception for assistance.  If their access is incorrect, they should talk to their faculty.
