These FAQs are here to help you find the information you need, when you need it, but you can always contact AskBU if you’d like to talk to someone in person, by phone or email, or if you have feedback about the FAQs.
If a visitor arrives at either campus earlier than 4pm, then they must be booked in. To book them in a member of staff must send the online visitor request form to the appropriate Reception Team.
If a visitor arrives at Talbot after 4pm, they will be able to park for free. If they arrive at Bournemouth Gateway Building after 4pm, they will have to pay and display.
Visitors will be allocated to a specific car park and this is communicated back to the staff member who submitted the form. On the Lansdowne Campus this is either the Bournemouth Gateway Building visitor bays or the Executive Business Centre visitor bays. On the Talbot Campus this is either the main Visitor & Events car park by Talbot House or the Reserved car park at the front of Poole House.
At Talbot Campus we do have a pay and display area within the visitor and events car park but these are limited and first come first served. If there is a large event on these are often not available.
