These FAQs are here to help you find the information you need, when you need it, but you can always contact AskBU if you’d like to talk to someone in person, by phone or email, or if you have feedback about the FAQs.
Replacement documents can be requested via our online order form which collects all the information we need and can take the relevant payment.
A Transcript of Results is issued to each student at the end of each academic year, free of charge. Requests for replacement transcripts of results incur a fee. You can complete an online request form for transcripts here.
We are only able to provide transcripts for courses that were started after 1st January 2005. This is because we do not hold detailed archive records prior to that date that can be used for official purposes in our reporting system.
If you need evidence of your achievement, it can be requested via a confirmation of award letter to student_verification@bournemouth.ac.uk and provide the following information:
* Your name at the time of study
* Your date of birth
* Course studied
* Your period of study and/or your year of award
If needed you can ask for a sentence to be added to confirm transcripts aren’t available for courses started prior to 2005 (if you need proof for a third party for instance).
Once completed, it may take up to 10 working days for your order to be processed.
Please note we are unable to provide Syllabuses or Diploma Supplements to former students.
