FAQ 2141
Do I have to attend my Graduation Ceremony in order to graduate?

The Graduation Ceremonies are celebratory events for you, your guests and fellow graduates. However, you may choose to graduate "in absentia" if you prefer.

Graduating in absence means you will receive your award but not attend the ceremony. If you choose to graduate in absence you will not be able to attend a ceremony at a later date.

If you do decide to graduate in absence, it is still just as important to let us know this once you are invited to your ceremony. Please make sure we have the right contact details for you on file and keep an eye on your inbox for your invitation later in the year.
