ALS The laptop I received from the DSA has broken so what should I do now?
Check that the laptop is under warranty and contact the company who supplied it. If it is out of warranty, you should contact the Assessment Centre for an update, this will be the centre which assessed your needs. If you don't know the details, contact ALS who will be able to help you with a copy of your report.
