Is there any placement funding available? (UK & EU students)
If you're a UK or EU student there are funding options which you can access whilst you are on placement.
To find out how much funding you may be eligible to receive, go to the Loans page on our website. Most UK students are eligible to receive a reduced rate maintenance loan even if the placement is paid, although there are some exceptions to this.
In addition to this support, which you apply for through Student Finance England, we can offer support through the BU Financial Support Fund and Placement Opportunity Fund. If you would like more information on this funding and how to apply, please contact us.
