The accommodation I want is not available. What are my options?
We operate a self-selection booking process which is on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, due to the high demand for our accommodation, we cannot guarantee that your preferred accommodation type will still be available at the time you login to complete your booking.
If you don't see your preferred choice this will be because it has already been booked by another applicant. In this instance you will then need to continue to search for an alternative available room.
We advise that you check the information on the Accommodation web pages, before you are able to book, so that you have the most up to date knowledge of the accommodation options and the booking process.
